- Hydrate abundantly with water before, during and after exercise. Try to avoid juices and sugary drinks. Set yourself the goal of drinking liter and a half of water in your sessions - Avoid copious meals just before and after exercise - Make several small meals a day instead of two stron - Being perseverant is what has a prize when it comes to losing weight. If you can not train in the gym one day, you have the option of maybe walking to work or at least going up the stairs all day
